I’m here to provide you with a powerful and effective meditation practice that is simple, elegant and sophisticated, yet easy to learn. You are not required to have specific beliefs or previous experience. In fact, anyone can practice Neelakantha Meditation with great success!

While all meditation is good, the variety of practices available are not created equal, therefore, every style will yield different benefits.  In learning Neelakantha Meditation you will find that many ideas you hear about meditation do not apply to this practice making it easy to learn if you are new to meditation or a refreshing option for anyone who has had difficulty in the past meditating concluding meditation is not for them.

In Neelakantha Meditation we activate an internal process which shifts the fundamental belief structure about who we are and what we are capable of achieving in this life. When we shift at the core, what we perceive and experience at the surface of life shifts as well.  We begin to live life through the lens of greater clarity and certainty, so we are naturally more present in our daily interactions. This is cultivated from the inside out and it happens naturally, spontaneously and effortlessly as a result of daily practice.
